Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are credited toward your final balance and confirm your time with us.

Cancellation

We require a minimum of 72 hours notice to reschedule. Less than 72 hours notice forfeits the deposit; same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the service total.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to protect the integrity of the appointment. The deposit will be forfeited.

Touch-Ups

A complimentary 6–8 week perfecting session is included with every initial PMU service. Sessions booked after 10 weeks are billed at the standard touch-up rate.

Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of PMU work, services are non-refundable once performed. Retail products may be returned within 14 days, unopened and in original packaging.

Academy Tuition

Tuition is non-refundable after the 7-day cooling period. Students may transfer to a future cohort once, with 30 days notice, at no additional charge.

Photography

We document all work for portfolio and educational use. If you prefer not to be photographed, please tell your artist before the session begins.

Guests & Children

To preserve a clinical, focused environment, we ask that you arrive alone. Children cannot be accommodated during procedures.
